                       Wills & Probate

If assets are owned in Cyprus by a Non-resident, then although a
will is made in Cyprus for the assets including property here is not
strictly speaking necessary, it is useful and helpful to make a Will
here.

Whilst a will made overseas, including U.K. is going to be respected
here, a number of formalities will not be necessary here including
proving of the will here and Grant of Probate.

One only needs to identify the assets-property here and ensure
certain other wording is present within the Will made here.

The fees for the making of a Will here depends on the complexity
and the lawyer/solicitor instructed.
