determine any potential conflict of interest in our acting for you-whether it is a property transaction or litigation.
2. Our charging structure is explained to you from the outset and then confirmed in writing.
3. We charge a fair rate - fixed or hourly ( depending on the type of work ) for our service to you.
4. Depending on the nature of the case we sometimes accept instructions on a contingency (if the matter does not
proceed to Court), conditional fee basis. - i.e. NO WIN NO FEE
5. If the matter is of a contentious nature then we will provide you with any opinion as to your prospects of success.
Clearly we are never able to guarantee the outcome of any case.
